The MPPA-256 was designed by Kalray with Global Unichip Corp. €Get smart” with TI's embedded analytics technology. This white paper explains how TI, together with members of the TI Design Network, enable the various vision and audio processing subsystems that form a vehicle's embedded analytics system (see Figure 1 below). Embedded image processing software in the brain and eyes is as amazing as the optical designs. The device is aimed at embedded applications in image processing, signal processing, control, communications and data security. Security and Information Systems, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems and VLSI Design, High Performance Computing, Image Processing and Visualization Microprocessors, ASICs and FPGAs. The design integrates two configurations of Mercury's PowerBlock® 15 Ultra-Compact Embedded Computers and uniquely combines the processing speed of Intel® Core™ i7 with FPGA capabilities for a real-time sensor interface in an ultra- small form factor. In the future work we will develop an application suitable for this hardware which can be an image processing program. Capable of gathering data on their own, processing it in real time, reach- ing conclusions and taking actions. Additionally, we propose techniques to achieve increased performance with optimized shader design. The hyperspectral image processing system designed by Mercury includes two configurations of its PowerBlock 15 Ultra-Compact Embedded Computers, one for storage and one for image processing. Innovations such as HDTV and digital cinema revolve around video and image processing and the rapid evolution of video technology. First, we present the characteristics of the embedded GPU and its inherent advantage when compared to embedded CPU. Many, but not all, of the vision processing subsystems in automobiles are outward facing. This Design needs 5 FPGAs Virtex 4 LX 200 to be implemented on. The computing capability of eye visual systems could be likened to modular programmed FPGAs or other similar electronic devices.
